Who we are

Tenzor Solutions works where digital and physical systems meet.

The company builds digital products, internal operational systems, automation, broadcast infrastructure, interactive solutions and integrations. We do not begin by selecting a tool. We begin by understanding the process and then design an architecture that connects the technologies it actually requires.

Bagila Issakova

Bagila Issakova

Engineer and technology leader with 18 years of experience across television broadcasting, automation and multimedia systems. She graduated from AUES in Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications and completed a Master's degree in Telecommunications at University College London. Her career progressed from studio engineering to Technical Director of Kazmedia Center and leadership of the technical directorate at Khabar Agency. Her work has included robotic studio systems, broadcast automation, real-time AR graphics, VR and interactive multimedia technologies.

Yerbol Issakov

Yerbol Issakov

Engineer and digital systems developer with experience across software, business process automation and broadcast infrastructure. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from New York University Tandon School of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from AUES, together with an additional degree in economics. He spent more than seven years as a broadcast engineer at Kazmedia Center and participated in state broadcast operations and the International Broadcasting Center of EXPO 2017. His later work has focused on custom software, API integrations, databases and operational automation.
